Members and singers

Polyphonics Choir considers any person who has previously registered or had an interest in the choir as a member or singer.

Email, WhatsApp and registration

Polyphonics Choir sends out emails to singers past and present regarding its events and rehearsals. This is done to inform potential singers of future events and rehearsals.

There is also a WhatsApp chat for Polyphonics Choir Members to keep up to date on the latest news.

Google Forms

Google Forms is a selected third party which collects personal data such as names, email addresses, and form responses when a form is created and used.
